Virginia Chapter

Team In Training is the world's largest endurance sports training program.  Since 1988, more than 390,000 TNT participants have raised over $950 million for lifesaving cancer research and services to help blood cancer patients live longer, better lives.  Now, we're aiming for the $1 billion mark, and you can help make it happen!

We train runners, walkers, cyclists and triathletes of all fitness levels to complete half and full marathons, century rides, and triathlons.  In exchange for training and support, participants fundraise to help support LLS's mission: To cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
