Team In Training: Ordinary people doing extraordinary things!

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training® (TNT) helps participants fight blood cancers while training them to cross the finish line of a major marathon, half marathon, triathlon, 100-mile century bike ride or hiking adventures.

The Upstate New York/Vermont Chapter offers a variety of events and programs that make the TNT experience a memorable one. Our program provides experienced Coaches to help participants reach their fitness goals, and Mentors who provide encouragement and advice.

When TNT participants meet their fundraising goal, LLS arranges airfare and lodging to the events. Participants train in honor of a local honored patient or survivor for motivation and inspiration along the way.

Our coaches will train you for a fun-filled HALF or FULL marathon, Olympic distance Triathlon, Century Bike Ride, or Hike.  We?ll cover your travel expenses and you?ll raise funds to fight cancer while getting in the best shape of your life! Make your personal achievement meaningful to thousands of others.
