The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training® is the
world's largest endurance sports training program. The program provides
training to run or walk marathons
and half marathons or participate in
triathlons,
hiking
adventures and century (100-mile) bike rides.
Since 1988, more than 380,000 volunteer participants have helped raise
more than $900 million.

By helping to raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma and
myeloma research and patient services, you'll
receive:

a period of four to five months

Ann lives on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio with her two young children
Jack and Lucy. She works as an Operations Manager for 5/3 Bank.
Ann was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in February 1999. When her
daughter was born, Lucy was a very sick little baby, and at the same time,
Ann realized that perhaps her cancer had returned. Once Lucy was healing,
Ann's suspicions were confirmed and she is now going through active
chemotherapy every three months.
Ann is an amazing young mom: working, she trained for a marathon, cared for
her children, and all while going through treatment! She enjoys football,
snow skiing and diving. Her favorite movie is "Office Space," favorite book
is "It's Not About the Bike" and food is CHOCOLATE!
