  • A supportive coach, mentor and Team In Training staff
  • Lodging and airfare to more than 60 accredited events in the United States and abroad.

Interested in more?  Fill out our Tell Me More Form and someone from the Team will contact you soon!

The Northern Ohio Chapter's Team In Training ® (TNT) program offers a 16- to 22-week daily training schedule designed for everyone from novice to advanced athlete. The program provides training to run or walk marathons and half marathons participate in triathlons, and century (100 mile) bike rides. Our knowledgeable and accessible coaches work with you on form, nutrition and apparel so that you are ready to do your best on race day. Your mentor is a former team member and will offer moral support and fundraising ideas throughout the program. He or she has fundraised, trained and prepared for your event in the past and is a great resource to you - be it for fundraising support, work/life balance or anything in between.

Your honored teammate, a local child or adult survivor of a blood cancer, motivates you to continue training and excel at your selected event. Many of our TNT participants are involved because they have a close connection to blood cancer - or any cancer - and choose to participate in that person's honor as well.

When you meet and exceed your fundraising goal, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society says "thank you" by providing race registration, round trip airfare, hotel stay, pre-race pasta dinner and post-race victory celebration for event weekend.

Don't miss this opportunity. To register today for an upcoming information meeting or meet with a staff member, please complete our Tell Me More form.
