Welcome to the Iowa Chapter's Team In Training® (TNT) web site!
TNT is the world's first, best and largest charity sports training program. We provide the training to run or walk marathons and half marathons or to participate in triathlons or century (100-mile) bike rides.
Since 1988, over 440,000 volunteer participants have helped raise over $1 billion toward the mission of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society: cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Participating in TNT allows you to help others while accomplishing your own life goals! Our 2012 Summer Season events are listed below.

- Alumni- Fill out our online registration form so you can get a head start on your fundraising! Additionally, all alumni who sign up for a Winter Season event will recieve a $250 fundraising discount and NO registration fee!
- First-timers- Fill out the Learn More Form to let us know you're interested. Or, if you're ready to sign up now, fill out our online registration form.

Team In Training (TNT) Gives You More:
- Certified Coaches - Our coach to participant ratio creates a supportive environment for you to accomplish your goal of crossing the finish line - whether you are new to the program or one of our valued alumni. Help is always available!

Our participants help improve the lives of cancer patients across the country and locally, here in Iowa. - On-Course Support - Dozens of coaches, staff and mentors are on the course on race day to offer you the support and motivation you need to cross the finish line. You are never alone!
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and patient services. We have invested more than $680 million in research since 1949 - over $69 million in 2009 - specifically targeting leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma. Last year alone, LLS made 4.9 million contacts with patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
