Q. I know someone affected by cancer. Can I train & fundraise in honor or memory of them?
A. Absolutely! We encourage you to honor someone you know who has been affected by ANY type of cancer.

Q. I am not an athlete at all! Can I really complete a 6 mile event in 9 weeks?
A. YES!  We have moms of all levels who join. You have the ability to run, walk or do a run/walk combination.

Q. Are the work outs led by certified coaches?
A. Yes!
Q. What do the work-outs consist of?
A. Workouts will be approximately 60-75 minutes and consist of running, walking, cross-training & stretching.
Q. What if I can't attend all the work-outs or participate in the 4-mile event?
A. The program is flexible! We encourage you to attend as many work-outs as you can but we know you?re busy and may not attend all.
The event is optional - you can still participate in the program if you are unable to participate in the event.
Q. Can I rotate between different work-out locations?
A. Absolutely!
Q. Is my child allowed at the work-out?
A. As long as your child is able to remain in the stroller they are more than welcome! The workouts allow you to exercise with a stroller. Jogging strollers are not required.
Q. How do I participate if there is not a training location near me?
A. Join our virtual program!  You can work out whenever and wherever works for you and will be connected with a certified coach and other moms through our closed Facebook group where you will receive work out plans, tips and motivation and get to know your online teammates! Virtual participants are invited to all seasonal events including the Inspiration Dinner (June 7th), the 6-mile event (June 11th) and post-event Victory Party (June 11th) where you can meet the entire team, including your virtual pals! Participation at these events is optional.
Q. How much do I have to fundraise in order to participate?
A. When joining the program you commit to raising at least $500 by event day (June 11th). You will receive a fundraising website and additional staff support.  Your registration fee counts towards your fundraising goal & is a tax-deductible donation to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Thank you to all of our generous sponsors
