Nation's Triathlon - September 9, 2012
The 7th Annual Nation's Triathlon To Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma society will take place in the nation's capital, Washington, DC. It features a course that winds through Washington, DC's monument corridor in the shadow of the nation's best known memorials and national treasures. This international distance triathlon includes a 1.5k swim in the Potomac River, 40k bike course through DC, and a 10k run through Washington, DC's historical landmarks with a spectacular finish! World Class City, World Class Triathlon, World Class Cause.
RTC 2012 Viva Bike Vegas Gran Fondo - September 22, 2012
The fifth annual RTC 2012 Viva Bike Vegas Gran Fondo in partnership with Interbike will be yet another unforgettable ride! It's the Tour de France Vegas style and the only ride that takes you through THE STRIP and entire Las Vegas Valley from the heart of Sin City to the scenic trails near Lake Mead National Park and over the Historic HOOVER DAM to the vistas of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
Nike Women's Marathon - October 14, 2012
Nike will celebrate the ninth year of the Nike Women's Marathon To Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We invite you to join 20,000 women as we race together through the streets of San Francisco to raise funds and awareness for LLS. The course takes you past classic San Francisco sites, including Coit Tower, San Francisco Bay, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Golden Gate Bridge and many other highlights! Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome to train for the full or half marathon. And don't worry: there are no cable car hills.
Marine Corps Marathon - October 28, 2012
In its long history, the MCM has not only made a name for itself in sheer size as the fourth largest US Marathon and ninth in the world, but stands as the largest marathon in the owrld that doesn't offer prize money, earning its nickname, "The People's Marathon." This well organized event passes many of the nation's most prominent sites, including the Pentagon, Kennedy Center, the Washington Monument, the U.S. Capitol, the Smithsonian Institution and the Lincoln and Jefferson memorials.
