Western New York & Finger Lakes

Welcome to the Western New York & Finger Lakes Chapter's Team in Training (TNT) web site. And thank you for taking the first steps toward a life-changing experience! Team in Training is the largest endurance sports training program in the world. The program provides training to run or walk marathons and half marathons or participate in hiking adventures, triathlons and century (100 mile) bike rides.

We provide you with the coaching, training and even the travel opportunity to make your athletic goals a reality. Interested in getting in shape this year and raising funds to support local blood cancer patients? We are currently recruiting participants that are interested in training and fundraising for the following event:

• Buffalo Marathon, Buffalo, NY - May 30, 2010
• Rock 'n Roll Marathon, San Diego, CA - June 6, 2010
• America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride, Lake Tahoe, NV - June 6, 2010
• Lake Placid Half Marathon, Lake Placid, NY - June 13, 2010
• Philadelphia Insurace Triathlon in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia, PA - June 27, 2010
