Century Rides (Cycle)

Team In Training's cycling program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of 100 miles and make a difference in the lives of an estimated 1,012,533 people in the United States living with, or in remission from, leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma or myeloma. Along with a customized training program and expert coaching, participants train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

 LakeTahoe2013 America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride
Lake Tahoe, NV
Cycle 100 Miles

Join us for one of the most sought after bike rides in the country! America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride circumnavigates the highways clockwise around Lake Tahoe in both Nevada and California. It includes a challenging 800 foot climb to a rest stop overlooking Emerald Bay and a 1,000 foot climb to Spooner Junction. There are also many short rolling ascents and descents totaling over 2,600 vertical feet of elevation gain! The altitude ranges between 6,300 feet and 7,100 feet above sea level and your coaches will get you ready to take on the challenge and enjoy the spectacular scenery. The full century distance is rounded out by offering an out and back to visit historic Truckee, California before continuing around Lake Tahoe.

Scenic Shore 150
Two-day 150-mile cycling event
Day 1: Mequon to Manitowoc
Day 2: Manitowoc to Sturgeon Bay
July 20-21, 2013
 
The Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour takes riders through some of the most scenic roads in the state! Starting in Mequon, WI and finishing in Sturgeon Bay, WI riders cycle along Lake Michigan's shoreline and enjoy a volunteer supported route with rest stops, bicycle support and other amenities. Riders will travel 75-miles each day with an optional 25-mile loop on day 1. Join Team In Training and train with a team led by a certified cycling coach. Coaches will provide a training calendar and host clinics on bike maintenance, nutrition, and injury prevention. Together we will train to beat cancer!
