Each season Team In Training seeks the assistance of alumni to help get new TNT athletes off to a great start. Mentors use their previous TNT experience to help new recruits start their fundraising campaigns early and act as a liaison between partcipants and TNT staff & coaches throughout the season.

Mentors benefit from their efforts by being part of the camaraderie that comes with training for a chosen TNT event, and eligibility for a discount on their fundraising goal.
