page. Here you will find all of the tools you need to be successful
in your fundraising: Ideas, Sample letters, Paycor information, Corporate

PAYCOR INFORMATION
& FORMS
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society uses Paycor,
an accounting center based in Cincinnati, OH, to process all Team In
Training donations. Donations are sent to Paycor by TNT participants to be
recorded and processed. Each TNT participant will have an account with
Paycor into which donations are posted, much like a checking account. It is
the responsibility of the participant to follow all directions and send
money to Paycor correctly. By following the directions carefully now, you
can save a lot of time later!

Have your donors send their contributions directly
to you. If donors send them directly to Paycor or the TNT office
there is a great chance that they won't get to your account.

Send donations to paycor on a weekly basis.
The labels provided in your goodie bag can be used to mail the
donations. The participant donor form must accompany each batch
of donations to paycor.

Keep a detailed record of all of your
donations. Make copies of all of the checks that you send to
Paycor.

It takes donations approximately 3 weeks to post
in your paycor account.

Donor Form: This form must accompany every group of
donations you send to Paycor. Whether you send one donation or several,
this form must be sent every time you mail donations to Paycor for placement
into your account. Be sure to double check your calculations and
include your contact information, event and sport.
Cash Donation Form: If you have any cash donations, record the
donor's name, address and phone number as well as the amount of their donation
on this form. Please convert all cash to a check or money order made out
to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Online Fundraising

Use the following
link to get your online fundraising page started: www.teamintraining.org/tn/register.
Simply follow the steps outlined and you'll be all set to start received
on-line donations from your friends, relatives, co-workers and other
donors. Be sure to take the time towrite your own works in place of
the supplied templates. It helps to generate more donations when your
donors "hear your voice" when reading your appeal. Once you're got
your page set up, don't forget to send out emails directing your friends,
family and business associates to your page.
Online Instructions: Click here to find out how to set up your
online fundraising page. Please note that your online page will not
update when you send donations to paycor. You must manually add them to
the webpage as offline donations.
Corporate Sponsorship: These sponsorship levels should be used when
approaching a potential corporate sponsor. Turn in the form with the
donation to make sure that the company gets full credit. Contact your LLS
staff person with
questions.
