Become A Team Captain
Purpose of the Team Captain Program
The purpose of team captains is to provide ongoing support for all Team In Training® (TNT) participants so they are able to meet their fundraising and training goals and complete the program with a high level of satisfaction and success.
Goals and Objectives for Each Team In Training Participant:
- Raise at least the designated minimum of funds
- Attend at least 75% of coach-led training sessions and other team events
- Complete the target event
- Experience a sense of team spirit and camaraderie
- Feel supported in accomplishing these goals
- Receive one-on-one attention throughout the program
Team captains are integral to the realization of these goals. To make it possible for team captains to assist their participants and perform their responsibilities we make every effort to limit the size of groups to 10 participants per team captain.
