TNT runner triathlete cyclist Created 23 years ago, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training (TNT) has grown to be the single largest and most successful endurance sports training program for charity. More than 540,000 participants, from first times to seasoned athletes, have trained with the Team and achieved their best at marathons, half marathons, and century rides. Together, they've raised over $1.2 billion to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

With professional coaches, participants are not only physically motivated but personally challenged as well. Raising the bar on their "personal best", participants add fundraising for cancer to the challenge of training for an endurance event. LLS has awarded millions of dollars to advance blood cancer research and direct services to patients and their families.

The Tennessee Chapter of Team In Training is now recruiting teams for the 2012 summer season for marathon, half marathon, trail run and cycle sport offerings. If you live outside of a training area or have a busy schedule, check out TNT Flex, a flexible, customized, online training option developed by TNT's renowned coaches! Join us for an upcoming event!
