Team In Training offers runners and walkers the opportunity
to take on the challenge of a marathon or half-marathon and
make a difference in the lives of an estimated 894,543
Americans living with blood cancers.
Along with a customized-training program and expert
coaching, participants will train with a local group of
like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

Rock 'n Roll Marathon (San Diego, CA)
Run or Walk: Full Marathon

The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon was the largest first-time
marathon in history. A walker friendly 7-hour course
with
a band at each mile, cheerleading squads on the course
and a post race concert. The 26.2 mile course begins in
Balboa Park, runs through Hillcrest and skirts the San
Diego Zoo. Runners take an expanded tour of downtown
featuring Petco Park, the historic Gaslamp Quarter, and
the San Diego Harbor. Following the downtown excursion,
the course travels up beautiful Highway 163 and races by the
bayside communities and Sea World and ends at the Marine Corps
Recruit Depot in Point Loma.

Roll Marathon (Seattle, WA)
Run or Walk: Full or Half Marathon
June 27th,
2009
Both courses begin at Foster Golf
Links in Tukwila. Participants will run along the
shores of Lake Washington before taking in beautiful views
of Puget Sound and downtown Seattle. Both courses
will finish outside of Qwest Field, home of the Seattle
Seahawks.
Full Marathon: 26.2 mile Half
Marathon: 13.1 mile
