Team In Training offers training for individuals of all skill levels and includes programs to run, walk or run/walk, half or full marathons, cycle 65 or 100 miles, complete a triathlon or hike a spectacular destination. We will begin forming teams for the following exciting events in January 2010:
Fiesta Wildflower Ride
San Antonio, TX ~ April 18, 2010
Kickoff San Antonio's annual spring "Fiesta" with this scenic hill country ride. The route begins and ends at Retama Park, through Krueger Canyon, traveling the country roads toward New Berlin. The course starts with gently rolling hills and ends with flat country including rest stops every ten miles.
Hike Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is more than a great chasm carved over millennia through the rocks of the Colorado Plateau. It is more than an awe-inspiring view. It is more than a pleasuring ground for those who explore the roads, seek great views or venture into the canyon. Starting at 7,000 feet above sea level, the Grand Canyon offers hikes for everyone - from rolling rim hikes to challenging hikes into the canyon, there truly is something for everyone at the Grand Canyon.
Capital of Texas Triathlon

Join us for an exciting urban triathlon set deep in the heart of Texas. You will swim, bike and run around downtown Austin - from the shores of Town Lake, past the capitol building, and down 6th Street to the Congress Street Bridge, where you might be lucky enough to glimpse the world's largest urban population of Mexican Free-tailed Bats. While you're there, be sure to enjoy the "Live Music Capital of the World", take a stroll through the University of Texas campus, and discover the unique spirit of the city in some of the local shops.
Grand Adventure Hike

On this challenge you descend into one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world, into the heart of the Grand Canyon at Havasu Canyon. Hike and explore this incredible landscape, crossing travertine pools of turquoise blue water, spending evenings at a permanent camp searching for stars, having hearty meals and conversation about the day's challenge. This adventure takes you through the heart of the canyon and will leave you with a sense of accomplishment, awe and a true appreciation and love of the grandest place on earth.

Enjoy local music and fun cheer stops on this great course featuring a flat finish. The course begins south of downtown Seattle and winds it way to the scenic shores of Lake Washington, you'll see many spectacular sights before heading toward downtown Seattle and finishing outside of Qwest Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks.
