Are you a single professional between the age of 28 and 55? Are you interested in meeting someone new while contributing to a worthy cause? Then join us for a fun evening of Speed Dating, benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Here's how the event works:

Speed Dating gives you the opportunity to meet other eligible singles with 5-minute "dates" -- all in one fun evening. There will be three different age groups: 28-35, 36-45, and 46-55. You will have the opportunity to "date" at least 10 people in your age group.

During check in you will receive a name tag with a date number and a Rate Your Date card. Once you've checked in, help yourself to complimentary sodas and appetizers or buy a drink at the bar, and mingle with the other singles. Since there are three different age groups you will not date everyone at the event, so take advantage of this time to meet other singles.

Once everyone has checked in, the event will begin. The women will have assigned seating based on their date number. The men will take a seat across from a woman. The host of the event will start the stopwatch then you will have five minutes to "date" the person you're sitting with. When five minutes have passed, the host will ask the men to rotate to the next "date". Between dates, you will have a few moments to rate the date that just finished. There will be an intermission during the event so everyone will have another opportunity to mingle.

At the end of the evening drop off your Rate Your Date card at the check in table. All of the cards will be collected and you will receive an email from the event host with your matches. A "match" is made when both people indicate they would like to see each other again. Your event host will provide each of you with contact information. (Please allow us a week to compare date cards and contact you with your matches. When you register, you will be asked how you would like to be contacted by your matches; by email or phone. The information you provide will be given to your matches.)

Admission is $35, if you would like to make an additional donation to The Society, please add this amount when you register. All proceeds will be donated to LLS and your total contribution is tax-deductible. Preregistration is required and space is limited so sign up now!
