Paycor
Submission Form
To be submitted with
every
batch of donations. Serves as summary and ensures funds are posted to
your fundraising
account.
Paycor Cash Donation Form
Paycor
will not accept cash. Please deposit cash
in a personal account and write a check for the same amount and send to
Paycor. This form makes sure that your cash donors receive credit for their
donation. Please be sure to fill this out so LLS can verify cash
donations.
Paycor Credit Card
Form
Submitted
when donors provide you with a credit card number. Cards are charged
by Paycor.
