California International Marathon
Sacramento, CA - December 4, 2011

Tracing an historic route used by the gold miners during the 1849 Gold Rush, the California International Marathon begins at the Folsom Dam, passes through semi-rural suburbs into bustling midtown Sacramento, and has a spectacular finish in front of the California State Capitol. Runners are provided with a very fast, point-to-point, net-downhill marathon.

Honolulu Marathon
Honolulu, HI - December 11, 2011

The Honolulu Marathon starts on Ala Moana Boulevard, which in Hawaiian means "path by the ocean." This phrase is an appropriate description for the entire race course. At the starting line is Ala Moana Beach Park, a local recreation area encompassing over 100 acres of park, beaches, swimming and surfing spots. As the last mile of the course curves around Diamond Head toward the finish in Waikiki, the route passes Cliffs, a popular surfing spot, and the Diamond Head Lighthouse. The last stretch of the race runs past Sans Souci Beach and the Waikiki Aquarium to the finish line near the Kapiolani Park Bandstand. Training offered through TNT Flex only.

Vineman Triathlon

The Vineman course is a tour of Sonoma County vineyards & wineries, which passes through five distinct regions. The swim takes place at Johnson's Beach in the Russian River, one of the most rustic swim venues you'll see in the sport. The bike course is a mix of terrain, and travels through the Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, and Chalk Hill grape growing regions. The three loop, out-and-back, run course takes the athletes from the finish area through the back roads of Sonoma County.

Ironman Canada
Penticton, British Columbia - August 2012

The swim at Okanagan Lake Beach is followed by a ride that winds through the Okanagan Falls countryside, including two climbs at Richter Pass and Twin Lakes. The run course is known for its beauty and the enthusiastic support of the volunteers at aid stations along the way.

Ironman New York
New York City, NY - August 11, 2012

Registration is full for the Ironman US Championship in New York City and New Jersey but you can still register through Team In Training! The 140.6-mile race will take place in parts of both New York City and New Jersey, making it the most metropolitan environment ever to host an Ironman. The course will include a 2.4-mile swim in the Hudson River; a 112-mile bike ride on the Palisades Parkway in Bergen and Rockland Counties; and a 26.2-mile run beginning in Fort Lee, New Jersey and finishing in Riverside Park in Manhattan. Athletes competing in the new annual race can qualify for the 2012 Ironman World Championship, taking place on Oct.13 in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The 2012 Ironman U.S. Championship will offer 75 age group qualifying slots to Kona, more than any other North American race. Additionally, there will be a prize purse of $100,000 for distribution among the top professional male and female finishers.
