Walk or Run, Half Only (13.1 miles)
Ranked as one of the most scenic in the country by Runner's World, this course starts on John F. Kennedy Drive at Stow Lake Drive in Golden Gate Park and finishes on Martin Luther King Drive near the Great Highway.

 


Napa Valley Marathon
Napa, CA - March 7, 2010
Run Only (26.2 miles)
Known as the "biggest little marathon in the West," the Napa Valley Marathon boasts one of the most beautiful courses in the world. The course runs the length of the famed Napa Valley wine-growing region. Runners are treated to panoramic views of the valley, flowering fruit trees, and dormant vineyards carpeted with golden mustard flowers.

ING Georgia Marathon & Half Marathon
Atlanta, GA - March 21, 2010
Walk or Run, Full or Half (13.1 miles or 26.2 miles)
Don't miss out on a scenic and fun race through historic Atlanta.  This urban course is a showcase of Atlanta's and Decatur's diverse neighborhoods.  Highlights along the course include the birthplace of MLK, historic houses, eclectic Little Five Points, tour of 4 college campuses, Piedmont Park and much more.  After you cross the finish line and receive your commemorative medal, the party begins at Centennial Olympic Plaza!  Enjoy live music and celebrate with your friends, family and fellow athletes.

Lavaman Triathlon
Kona, HI - March 28, 2010
Olympic Distance (.93 mi. swim, 24.8 mi. bike, 6.2 mi. run)
Feel the spirit of the Big Island, home to the legendary Hawaii Ironman! Swim in the clear Pacific Ocean at Anaeho'omalu Bay, ride part of the Ironman World Champion Bike Course, then run across lava fields, coral trails, resort lawns and sandy beaches on the beautiful South Kohala coast of Hawaii.

Tour de Palm Springs

Century Ride (100 miles)
Combine Palm Springs' famous weather, gorgeous mountain scenery, thousands of bike riders, a charitable cause and you have the Tour de Palm Springs! The event was started to promote having fun while pedaling a bicycle far enough to amaze friends and co-workers while at the same time, volunteering for a good cause. Today, the Tour hosts nearly 8,000 riders of all ages and abilities. You'll enjoy the sunshine, mix with celebrities and have a full day of fun!


Iron Distance Triathlon


Vineman Triathlon
Sonoma County, VA - July 31, 2010
Full Ironman Distance (2.4 mi. swim, 112 mi. bike, 26.2 mi. run) or
AquaBike (2.4 mi. swim, 112 mi. bike)
The Vineman course is a tour of Sonoma County vineyards & wineries, which passes through five distinct regions. The swim takes place at Johnson's Beach in the Russian River, one of the most rustic swim venues you'll see in the sport. The bike course is a mix of terrain, and travels through the Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, and Chalk Hill grape growing regions. The three loop, out-and-back, run course takes the athletes from the finish area through the back roads of Sonoma County.  


Ironman Canada
Penticton, British Columbia - Aug. 29, 2010
Full Iron Distance (2.4 mi. swim, 112 mi. bike, 26.2 mi. run)
The swim at Okanagan Lake Beach is followed by a ride that winds through the Okanagan Falls countryside, including two climbs at Richter Pass and Twin Lakes. The run course is known for its beauty and the enthusiastic support of the volunteers at aid stations along the way.
