Rock 'n Roll Madrid Marathon
Madrid, Spain - April 22, 2012

The world-class race features a scenic course that begins near Paseo de Recoletos, heads north past the Biblioteca Nacional de España and then to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. It runs past eight major landmarks, through Case de Campa Park, along the perimeter of Buen Retiro Park and finishes inside the beautiful park at Paseo del Duque de Fernán Nuñez. **Training in Monterey/Santa Cruz offered through Flex Only.

Hike events will not be offered in the Spring 2012 Season, but we hope you will join us for the Summer 2012 season that kicks off February 4th and 5th. Our exciting Summer season will include two different hikes in the Grand Canyon and also Yosemite!! The Vineman course is a tour of Sonoma County vineyards & wineries, which passes through five distinct regions. The swim takes place at Johnson's Beach in the Russian River, one of the most rustic swim venues you'll see in the sport. The bike course is a mix of terrain, and travels through the Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, and Chalk Hill grape growing regions. The three loop, out-and-back, run course takes the athletes from the finish area through the back roads of Sonoma County. **Training in Monterey/Santa Cruz offered through Flex Only.

The inaugural 2012 Ironman U.S Championship is a new addition to the prestigious Ironman global series. The 140.6-mile race will take place in parts of both New York City and New Jersey, making it the most metropolitan environment ever to host an Ironman. The course will include a 2.4-mile swim in the Hudson River; a 112-mile bike ride on the Palisades Parkway in Bergen and Rockland Counties; and a 26.2-mile run beginning in New Jersey and finishing in Riverside Park in Manhattan. **Training in Monterey/Santa Cruz offered through Flex Only.
