Donation Refund Policy

If you change your mind about contributing to Team In Training, we are happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund within 30 days of the date on which you made the contribution.

To request a refund, you can either call 1-888-LLS-7177 to talk to a customer service representative, write to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society 1311 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605 Attn: Support Services, or e-mail SupportServices@LLS.org.

Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution. Please be sure to provide the confirmation number from the original receipt.
