Temporary Campaign Assistant
Job Description: The Campaign Assistant will be responsible for various admistrative duties and will assist the TNT staff will all campaign related duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administers select on-going programs and/or special projects (e.g. recruitment, event/meeting logistics coordination, etc.)
- Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support (e.g.updating recruitment paperwork, excel spreadsheets, answering phones, processing mail)
- Maintains assigned office, program and event records, files and data bases
- Prepares event related correspondence and reports
- Maintains a working knowledge of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society mission and its programs to address them
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Excellent microsoft word, excel and outlook, publisher a plus Past TNT experience a plus Excellent phone skills Good communication and organizational skills Proficient in business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar
Spanish speaking a plus Proficient in basic accounting and bookkeeping skills Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong ability to multi-task Knowledge of standard business machines and computers Professional maturity and judgement
Payment & Perks Start date: November 2, 2009 End date: 900 hours Mon-Fri: 9-4 with an hour for lunch: approx. 6 hrs per day) 25-30 hours/week, sorry no benefits mileage stipend for recruitment errands fun, upbeat office environment in Hollywood

Team In Training TeamBuilders
Position Title: TeamBuilder
Position Classification: Non-exempt-Temp Part Time
Basic Function: Performs diverse projects and activities for the chapter to support and enhance recruitment efforts.
Work Direction: Works under the direct supervision and training of the Senior Campaign Director and Senior Campaign Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be outgoing, passionate and enthusiastic about the TNT program and the mission of LLS.
Must be deadline oriented and able to work in a fast paced envoronment.
Must be able to reach out and speak to individuals about the TNT program and to secure information for follow up. Presentation skills a must.
Must be a self-starter and work independently with minimal direction.
Maintains a working knowledge of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society mission and its programs to address them.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Description:
Coordinate and implement all grassroots and street team efforts which includes researching and coordinating TNT POP placement at but not limited to, local races, communtiy fairs, strip malls, gyms, local running, triathlon and cycle stores.
Street team coordination includes securing location, volunteers, materials, set-up and promotion.
Position Requirements:
Excellent microsoft word and excel skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Professional maturity and judgement.
Position: Part-time, Friday-Sunday 12 hours per week.
