Welcome to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Southern Florida Chapter Team In Training ^® (TNT) Home Page! Serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, Lee, Collier, Port Charlotte Counties and the Island of Puerto Rico.

TNT is the world's first, largest and best charity sports training program.  Since 1988, when the first team of TNT marathoners was formed, the program has helped 389,000 people-more than 40,000 participants annually-achieve their dream of completing a marathon, half marathon, triahlon, 100-mile (century) bicycle ride or hike adventure.  And, since its inception, TNT participants have raised over $950 million on behalf of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

Our knowledgeable and accessible coaches will work with you on form, nutrition and apparel so that you are ready to do your best on race day! Your team captain and fundraising mentor, former team members, will provide you with moral support throughout the program. Your honored teammate, a local child or adult survivor of blood cancers, will give you the added motivation to keep training and to push hard on the day of the event.

In return, participants have the opportunity to help LLS succeed in its mission:  to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma and to improve the quality of life of our patients and their families.
