Welcome to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Southern Florida Chapter Team In Training ^® (TNT) Home Page! Serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, Lee and Collier Counties and the Island of Puerto Rico.

PASSION makes people do extraordinary things. It's what Team In Training participants and coaches eat, breathe and sleep. PASSION is what Team In Training is all about. Together, they've raised over $1.2 billion to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Created 23 years ago, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training^® (TNT) has grown to be the single largest and most successful endurance sports training program for charity. More than 540,000 participants, from first timers to seasoned athletes, have trained with the Team and achieved their best at marathons, half marathons, triathlons, and cycling events.

With professional coaches, participants are not only physically motivated but personally challenged as well. Raising the bar on their "personal best", participants add fundraising for cancer to the challenge of training for an endurance event. LLS has awarded millions of dollars to advance blood cancer research and direct services to patients and their families.

Sign-up has begun for the Summer 2012 season - Here's how you can get involved:

Train your way. With TNT you have options. Train virtually with an online coach and support system, hands-on with a team in your area, or a little of both. Either way you choose, it's the same great program, just on your terms. Let us help you figure out what works best with your schedule and time.

1. Alumni: Early Bird registration is here! Register online, email us or CALL TODAY (954) 744-5312 and get started. Additionally, all alumni who sign up for a summer 2012 event, receive a $250 fundraising discount and $50 off their $100 registration!
2. First-timers: Attend an Information Meeting -- either online or in-person and get all your questions answered by TNT staff and coaches, or speak to a live staff member:  call (954) 744-5312. If you're ready to sign up now, Register online and receive $75 off your registration using code: GO TEAM.  Offer expires Jan. 15, 2012.
