Be our Guest! Come to a free training where you can work out with a professional coach alongside your potential teammates to see if you like the program. Feel free to just drop in, or call the manager listed under each team if you have questions.
Dress for your sport and bring your own water, energy food and training gear (helmet and bike for cycle; swimsuit, cap, goggles and towel for swim; running shoes for run or walk).
