Be our Guest! Come to a free training and work out with a professional coach alongside your potential teammates to see if Team In Training is right for you.

Dress for your sport and bring your own water, energy food and training gear (helmet and bike for cycle; swimsuit, cap, goggles and towel for swim; running shoes for run or walk). Helmets are mandatory for cycle workouts.
