Leave the dri-fit clothing at home! Join your fellow TNT friends and alumni and reminisce about your days with Team In Training. We promise no coached training will be involved, just a fun evening out with friends old and new.

• TNT alumni holiday parties in San Francisco on Monday, Dec. 7 and Walnut Creek on Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Featuring bingo, drinks, prizes, food, shopping and lots of good cheer!

• SF Bay Winter Tri Team Social and Silent Auction: Saturday, Nov. 21 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Gordon Biersch in San Francisco. Be our guest at the Winter SF Bay Tri team's first social/fundraising event! The team will be hosting a silent auction, with the proceeds to benefit the team's fundraising goal.
• Turkey Week Raffle Night at Dan?s Bar Sunday, Nov. 22 from 7 p.m. to closing at Dan?s Irish Sports Bar in Walnut Creek. Come out and enjoy an evening with friends, food, drinks and a live band! $5 cover charge at the door; 100% of proceeds will benefit LLS via Ironmen Maria Afan's and Tiffany Silver's fundraising!
• Sports Basement shopping party: Monday, Nov. 30 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Potrero Hill Sports Basement in San Francisco. Come for drinks, snacks and 10% off of all your holiday shopping! Sports Basement will donate 10% of all purchases to LLS via Ironman Ron Yalon's fundraising effort.
• Calling all Golden State Warriors Fans! Enjoy a game of hoops for the cause from Dec. 3 to April 11 at Oracle Arena in Oakland. You save at least $10 per ticket, and the Warriors donate $10 per ticket to LLS. Go to the website, choose a game and and type WARRIORS in the special offer code box.
