Team In Training's triathlon program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of swimming, cycling, and running an Olympic-distance triathlon and make a difference in the lives of an estimated 912,938 Americans living with blood cancers. 

Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

Team In Training (TNT) is currently recruiting for the following triathlons. Please note that participation in a TNT event is subject to the local availability of group training and transportation arrangements. Please consult the TNT staff at your local chapter for additional details.

Olympic Distance

The Lavaman Triathlon and Sports Festival is an extravaganza of sports and fitness culminating in the Lavaman Olympic Distance Triathlon. This world-class course includes a 1.5 km (.9 mi) open water swim, a 40 km (25 mi) bike course and a 10 km (6.2 mi) run course.
