Training Locations and Program
Training will take place in regional teams. Both the Denver Metro Region and the Colorado Springs Region train all along the Front Range.
TNT will provide you with a non-competitive, comprehensive training program to prepare you to complete an endurance cycle event. The program is designed with the busy person in mind, so most weekday workouts are 45-90 minutes or less, with longer workouts reserved for the weekend.
Designed and implemented by our nationally certified cycling coaches, the training program consists of daily workout schedules, team workouts on Saturdays throughout the season, optional midweek rides and informational clinics that cover bike handling skills, nutrition, injury prevention, bike maintenance and stretching.
Prerequisites
TNT welcomes all levels of experience. Our training program is designed to turn the non-athlete into an endurance event finisher and to help seasoned riders meet their training goals. We recommend that you are able to ride at least 10 miles by Kickoff.

- Team Managers (LLS Staff) attend some coached trainings and maintain office hours at LLS during the week.
