Team In Training's triathlon program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of swimming, cycling, and running an Olympic-distance triathlon and make a difference in the lives of nearly one million Americans living with blood cancers.

Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

The Nautica New York City Triathlon
July 8, 2012- New York, NY 

This Olympic Distance Triathlon takes a bite out of the "Big Apple".  Tour Manhattan, including Central Park in this world class endurance event.  Over 3000 athletes from around the world complete this event every year.

We are thrilled to announce that we have designated race entries for Team In Training athletes!  The Nautica New York City Triathlon will most likely SELL OUT, but not to worry! As a Team In Training participant you are guaranteed a race entry and a phenomenal training program!

The Nations Triathlon
September 9, 2012 - Washington DC
This wildly popular event sells out quickly.... but not for Team In Training!

Held in our Nation's Capitol, this race offers the chance to race by historic National monuments and finish strong in the heart of the city.  The Olympic-Distance race (1.5 K swim, 40 K bike and 10 K run) features a course that winds by the White House and Lincoln Memorial with a huge finish line right on Pennsylvania Avenue!  This thrilling event is also the first triathlon to name the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as it's National Charitable Partner!
