Team In Training offers runners and walkers the opportunity to take on the challenge of a marathon or half-marathon and make a difference in the lives of an estimated 1,012,533 people in the United States living with, or in remission from, leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma or myeloma.

Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

Dodge Rock 'n' Roll San Diego® Marathon & Half Marathon to Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® June 3, 2012
San Diego, known for its scenic coastline and laid-back lifestyle, has so much to offer participants both on and off the course! The thoughtfully designed walker and runner friendly route will run past a variety of signature attractions in San Diego.

It's a 39.3-mile street party as over 50 live bands perform on 30 stages along the two routes, playing every genre of music, from country to alternative to good old fashioned rock 'n' roll. Spirit squads and themed water stations add to the festivities, with a finish line celebration and headliner concert capping off an action-packed weekend.

When resilience runs out, inspiration kicks in. Motivation comes from knowing that funds raised by a number of participants helps The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society speed an end to blood cancers. Rock 'n' Roll San Diego is a proud partner of Team In Training - the leading nonprofit dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and services for patients. In the 14-year partnership, $163.8 million (net) has been raised by way of the Rock 'n' Roll San Diego Marathon for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend November 10, 2012
Join us for a special event that brings the spectacle of the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival together with the magic of a Disney race. Start out by running through the theme parks under the stars with world-class Disney entertainment along the way to help the miles fly by. The icing on this cake? Finishing at Epcot® where an exclusive after-hours party inside the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival awaits. This race experience will be the ultimate "Runners' Night Out!"

Nike Women's Marathon, A Race to Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society October 14, 2012
On October 14th, 2012, Nike will celebrate the ninth year of the Nike Women's Marathon To Benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We invite you to join 20,000 women as we race together through the streets of San Francisco to raise funds and awareness for LLS. The course takes you past classic San Francisco sites, including Coit Tower, San Francisco Bay, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Golden Gate Bridge and many other highlights! Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome to train for the full or half marathon. And don't worry: there are no cable car hills.
