Team In Training's cycling program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of 100 miles and make a difference in the lives of an estimated 912,938 Americans living with blood cancers. Along with a customized training program and expert coaching, participants train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

The Intracoastal Waterway Century, Cocoa Beach, FL - Oct. 25, 2009

Starting in at beautiful Riverfront Park along the Intracoastal Waterway, riders will pass through the Kennedy Space Center going near Space Port USA then ride by the American Police Hall of Fame & Museum. Cyclists will ride quiet tree lined roads along the Indian River and ride down historic River Road line with turn of the century estates along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway . The ride offers a full 100 mile century as well as a metric (100 kilometer) century.
