Support Volunteers are vital in our training program. They attend trainings, set up water stops and cheer on our Team In Training participants to make the training experience the best it can be. We are looking for assistance on two levels.

Support Volunteer
This is a volunteer position that would give you the opportunity to be part of the Team without the commitment of fundraising or attending the event.  In this position you would sign up to "support" a certain team: marathon, triathlon or cycle during a season.  You would be called upon during that season by the Support Team Captain to attend training, set up water stops and cheer on participants.  Your schedule would be based upon your availability. 

Support Team Captain
Generally, there is one Support Team Captain per team, per season.  This is a leadership role that allows you to be a part of the Team without the committment of fundraising and attending the event.  This person in this position would report to the coach weekly to determine the needs of the upcoming training and coordinate support volunteers to cover water stops.
