The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training® (TNT)
program is a comprehensive endurance program for runners, walkers, cyclists
and triathletes to benefit the Society. The goal of TNT is to increase
funding to support the Society's mission while promoting fitness and
healthy lifestyles. For more information from the TNT staff, please

Team In Training offers runners, walkers, triathletes and cyclists of all
fitness abilities a four- to five-month program under the guidance of local
coaches. In return for valuable training with a team and travel to the
events, the participants raise funds to fight leukemia, Hodgkin and
non-Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma.
This year, TNT will train an estimated 30,000 runners, walkers, cyclists
and triathletes to participate in a marathon, triathlon or century
ride. Each member of our team is participating in honor of a child or
adult from our community affected by these blood cancers. Completing a
marathon, triathlon or century ride is a celebration of the human spirit,
physical ability and mental endurance. For members of Team In Training, it
is also a celebration of life.
Teams will soon be forming for our winter season. Join one
