Swim 1.5K, bike 40 more and then run 10K. For non-swimmer
Valicity "Visa" Lattimore, who hadn't ridden a bike for
years, it seemed impossible. Yet she completed her first
Olympic-distance triathlon after training with TNT for just
15 weeks. The inspiration? Her son, William, now 9 years
old, an acute lymphocytic leukemia survivor who says he's
"thankful to be alive" and thankful to mom and everyone who
participates in Team In Training.
