Are You a Mom looking to get in shape?
On June 8th, thousands of women will gather at the start line of the 41st New York Road Runners Mini 10K to run or walk this inspiring, women-only event in Central Park.
Do you want to be one of them?
Even if you've never run or walked a mile, Team In Training's top-notch coaches can get you to the finish line of a 10K! You'll train with an amazing group of women and certified coaches for 8 weeks to prepare to cross the finish line. In the process, you'll not only be making strides towards increased fitness but towards finding cures for blood cancers and providing aid to patients and their families.
Team In Training will also provide you with:
Weekly group training sessions and passes to cross-training classes for spin, yoga, and boot camp
An inspirational dinner the night before your event
Unparalleled fundraising support
YES! You can complete a 10K!
For 8 weeks, you'll train with our incredible coaches at group workouts in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island.
Can't make it to a workout or wondering what else to do on your own? Coaches will provide you with training calendars. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train with the help of our fitness partners who will provide free passes to yoga, boot camp, and spin classes!
While you train, you'll keep friends and family updated on how hard you're working, via your personal fundraising website! Want to try some other outside-the-box ideas? Your go-to TNT staff member is here to help you come up with the best way to fundraise to fit your lifestyle.
Your fundraising efforts will help find cures not only for blood cancers, but for all types of cancers. Learn more here.
