Welcome to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society North Texas Chapter's Team In Training ^® program! 

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training ^® (TNT) is the world's largest endurance sports training program.  TNT conditions athletes to run or walk a full or half marathon,  complete a 100-mile (century) bicycle ride, complete a hiking adventure or triathlon in honor or memory of blood cancer patients and survivors. 

Since 1994, when a group of North Texans traveled to the Honolulu Marathon ^®, the Society's North Texas Chapter has had the opportunity to train more than 9,000 runners, walkers, cyclists, hikers and triathletes.  Since that first marathon, we have provided training for running, walking, cycling, hiking and triathlon teams year-round from coast to coast!

You don't have to be young, a great athlete, or even in terrific shape to join the team!  By helping to raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma research and patient services, participants will receive a personalized training program (complete with clinics and information on nutrition and hydration, form and equipment, and injury prevention).  An experienced coach will guide you through a comprehensive four to six-month training program tailored to suit your abilities.  Throughout your experience you will gain valuable team camaraderie and support from team members.

Once you have met your training and fundraising goals, transportation to and from your chosen event, hotel accommodations and entry fees are on us!
