Now in its 30th year, the Solvang Century, has evolved into one of the largest and most well known recreational rides in the US. Experience a little bit of Europe in the village known as the ?Danish Capital of America?. The ride starts and finishes in the charming Danish village of Solvang; where sunny fields meet old-world craftsmanship and hospitality. Enjoy the quaint flower-lined streets among windmills, thatched roofs and authentic bakeries.

Rock 'n' Roll Dallas 1/2 Marathon
As you take in the sites of springtime in Dallas, you?ll be encouraged by enthusiastic and spirited cheer squads as well as live, local bands and themed water stations along the way. The race course is as flat and festive as they come ? perfect for runners and walkers of all ability levels. You and your teammates will rock through downtown Dallas, Highland Park and roll into the finish near the iconic Texas Star Ferris Wheel in Fair Park.

Rock 'n' Roll Madrid Marathon
Madrid, Spain, April 22, 2012. 26.2 mi. run only.Participation in the Madrid Marathon is a great excuse to get to know one of the most beautiful cities in the world with some of the most amazing cultural and tourist experiences. Starting down a garden and fountain-lined boulevard through central Madrid, you pass sights such as the El Bernabéu, one of the world?s most famous soccer venues, and the Royal Palace of Madrid. Finish in magnificent Buen Retiro Park among beautiful sculpture and monuments and a peaceful lake. This event is part of the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series. Lavaman Triathlon

Rated top 100 by Triathlon Magazine, elite triathletes and age groupers of all levels will enjoy this scenic course on the Big Island. Held on the beautiful Kohala Coast of the Island of Hawaii, this is definitely the race of a lifetime. You'll swim at Anaehoomalu Bay at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The bike ride on the Queen Kaahumanu Hwy encompasses a portion of the Ironman World Champion bike course; a challenge only experienced by few. The final leg of the race is a run that begins in a lava field and ends with a sandy beach. -
Memorial Hermann Ironman 70.3 Texas
Galveston, TX, April 1, 2012. Half Iron Distance Triathlon. (1.2 m Swim, 56 m Bike, 13.1 m Run)
Moody Gardens, located in the historic coastal town of Galveston Island, hosts a great race for first-timers to break into the Ironman ring. The day starts off with a 1.2-mile saltwater swim in the protected Offats Bayou followed by a 56-mile scenic bike course along the Gulf Coast of Texas. The 13.1-mile run winds athletes through lush tropical Moody Gardens, along Offats Bayou and Palm Beach, before a flat finish near the Discovery Pyramid. Arguably the best venues for spectators anywhere, bring your fans to cheer you on!
Team In Training Flex
For the casual or competitive athlete, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's TNT Flex offers a flexible, customized online training option developed by coaches from Team In Training (TNT), the most recognized sports charity training program. If you are looking for a training program to fit your busy schedule, TNT Flex is designed for you.
Team In Training flex is an option initially designed to accommodate individuals who don't live near existing training areas. Whether or not you live in the North Texas area, you can train for the events listed below through TNT Flex. Your coach, mentor, and team manager support you via email and telephone. The Flex team is with you virtually every step of the way, and if you live close enough, you are more than welcome to train in person with the North Texas teams.
