The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is continuously looking for individuals to join our Team In Training® program to train runners, walkers, triathletes and cyclists in the northern Ohio area. We need experienced athletes who have a vast knowledge of a particular sport, including techniques and equipment, and can work with athletes of all skill levels. Coaches are responsible for:
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is continuously looking for individuals to join our Team In Training® program to train runners, walkers, triathletes and cyclists in the northern Ohio area. We need experienced athletes who have a vast knowledge of a particular sport, including techniques and equipment, and can work with athletes of all skill levels. Coaches are responsible for:
- Designing a 16- to 20-week, day-by-day training program that will prepare individuals for their race day events
- Arranging and hosting weekend training sessions throughout our region
- Communicating weekly with team members via emails regarding training tips and program updates
- Supporting teams on race day
Positions are paid, with an opportunity for travel. Coaches will also attend a certification clinic presented by our national coaches. Please email Holly Coughlin, Campaign Director if you are interested.
