Team In Training's cycling program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of 100 miles and make a difference in the lives of 785,829 Americans living with blood cancers.  Along with a customized training program and expert coaching, participants train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

This event allows their cyclists to enjoy bike-friendly low-traffic routes, beautiful back road scenery, and views of the water.  Cyclists my choose from two different start lines with route distances of 65 and 100.  All routes end in Montauk where you can get a free hot mea, free shower, free massage, and transportation home for you and your bike.  In case you need help along the way, this ride offers two check-in points and the best S.A.G. support in the US.
