Team In Training is the world's largest endurance sports training program. The program provides training to run or walk marathons and half marathons or participate in hiking adventures , triathlons and century (100 mile) bike rides. Nation's Triathlon - Sunday, September 13, 2009 - Washington, DC - 1 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 6 mile run                                                                                                                            Westchester Triathlon - Sunday, September 27, 2009 - Rye, NY - 1 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 6 mile run

Tri-State Seacoast Century - Saturday, September 26, 2009 - Hampton Beach, NH - metric or 100 mile century
El Tour de Tucson - Sunday, November 21, 2009 - Tucson, AZ - metric or 100 mile century
