The Leukemia & Lymphoma (LLS) Society utilizes Paycor, an accounting center based in Cincinnati, Ohio, to process Team In Training contributions made by check. Each batch of donations you send in must include a Donation Submission Form to make sure that donations are posted to your account. Below are copies of the instructions for how to submit donations as well as the donation forms you need to submit. Mailing labels and postage are available upon request to make submitting your donation easier.

Send in your contributions early and consistently -- do not wait to turn them in! Credit cards and checks expire, so you want to send them to Paycor as quickly as possible. We recommend mailing in donations weekly.

Individual Donation Submission Form

Team Donation Submission Form ? For donations made to a corporate or non-corporate team that need to be split evenly among all team members.)

Cash Donation Attachment - to record donor information for cash contributions that have been converted into your personal check, money order, or cashiers chec and/or for listing donor information that is not provided on a check (i.e., no address, or change of address)

NOTE: Instruct your contributors to forward all mailed donations directly to you. Do not have your contributors send donations directly to the Accounting Center P.O. Box.

DO NOT SEND YOUR DONATIONS VIA UPS or FEDEX - they will not deliver to a Post Office Box address. You may use Express Mail or Certified Mail through the Post Office.

Allow 10-14 business days from the time you mail in your donations for them to be posted to your account and wesbite.

Keep a log of all of your donations received as well as copies of everything that you mail in.

Donations made via your personal Team In Training web page are processed directly - there is no need for you to complete a form or mail anything for these donations!
