The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training® (TNT) is the world's first, best and largest charity sports training program.

TNT offers:
Coaches who will train you  to run or walk a whole or half marathon or participate in a triathlon or century (100-mile) bike ride. Teammates for fun, friendship and encouragement.
Fantastic Event Weekend where your entry fees, pre-and-post-event activities, travel (for select events) and lodging (double occupancy) are taken care of. Fundraising Support from our staff, alumni will equip you will all the tools you need to be successful in your fundraising. A Lifesaving Cause.  When LLS was founded in 1949, a diagnosis of leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma was almost always fatal.  Today, thanks in part to research funded by LLS, survival rates for some blood cancers have doubled or tripled.  Still much more needs to be done. 

Since 1988, more than 390,000 volunteer participants have helped raise more than $950 million.

Run & Rock San Diego, CA! 26.2 or 13.1 picturesque, musical miles make this marathon the KING of Rock 'n' Roll.  Over 40 lives bands, 2,000 cheerleaders and a post-race headliner concert will keep your feet moving to a rockin' beat.  Participants will be treated to a BRAND NEW Rock 'n' Roll course in 2010!  San Diego, known for its scenic coastline and laid-back lifestyle, has so much to offer particpants both on and off the course!  The thoughtfully designed walker and runner friendly route will run past a variety of signature attractions in San Diego.  Over the last 12 years $142.8 million has been raised by way of the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
