The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training ® (TNT) is the world's largest endurance sports training program. Participants of all athletic levels are supported in achieving the ultimate goal of running or walking a half or full marathon, cycling a century or completing a triathlon while raising vital funds to find cures for leukemia, Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma.
The Nebraska Chapter is where you can make a real difference. Take the challenge!
Run
Train to run a 26.2-mile marathon or a 13.1-mile half marathon.
Walk
Join more than 6,000 TNT participants and walk a 26.2-mile marathon or a 13.1-mile half marathon.
Cycle
Train to complete a 100-mile bike ride.
Triathlon
Complete a Sprint Triathlon (swim 1/2 mile, bike 14 miles, run 3.1 miles) or an Olympic Triathlon (swim 1 mile, bike 25 miles, run 6.2 miles.)
