Who are Personal Honored Teammates?
People who are living or who have lost their battle with leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma are Honored Teammates. It is in their honor or memory that you participate in Team In Training^®. If you have someone special that you would like to designate as your Personal Honored Teammate, please fill out the information below. We will send them or their family a gift from Team In Training^® and a letter explaining that you're participating in their honor or memory.

If your Personal Honored Teammate is local and interested in being an Honored Teammate for future TNT events, please provide their email address below.
