Team In Training's triathlon program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of swimming, cycling, and running an Olympic-distance triathlon and make a difference in the lives of an estimated 912,938 Americans living with blood cancers. 

Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

Capital Texas Triathlon - Austin, Texas - May 31, 2010
The event takes place in downtown Austin, TX.  The swim takes place in Town Lake, with the bike and run courses taking athletes through downtown.  Overall the course is flat, fast and very spectator friendly.  Water temperature is typically 78 degrees and cooler. Wetsuits are usually allowed.

Tri Latta Triathlon - Charlotte, North Carolina - June 13, 2010
This event takes place in Charlotte, NC. The swim takes place in Mountain Island Lake and is basically an out & back designed course. The bike course is a 17 mile loop ? a course that is best described as moderately hilly. There are no big climbs on the course ? but a series of rollers and a couple of fairly long hills though not steep. The run new course is a straight out & back design. It's a mostly off-road run course on the trail system at Latta Park. The run surface is hard-packed dirt/gravel. The course is heavily shaded and features a couple of hills ? neither of which is long or steep.
