Train with us to run or walk a full or half marathon; cycle a century ride; or swim, bike, and run in a triathlon.  We provide all the support and inspiration you need while helping you raise the needed funds   for important research in the fight against leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.

You don't have to be young, a great athlete, or an experienced  athlete to join the team.  Your efforts can affect the future of all Americans battling blood cancers.  All you have to do is choose your sport, choose your destination, and choose to make a difference.

Training
Each team will have a coach who will train you to successfully complete a marathon, half marathon, century bike ride, or triathlon.  Teams train together on a regular basis, usually on the weekends.  Clinics are held for proper gear, nutrition, and injury prevention.

Fundraising
Each team member is asked to raise a set amount of money to participate in their preferred event.  Fundraising minimums vary for each event and are based on the costs associated with that event.  Funds raised will support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's programs in research, patient aid, and education.  More than 75 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to the mission.  TNT staff will provide you all the materials and tools needed to meet and exceed your fundraising minimum.

Honored Heroes
Each team is paired with a Honored Hero, who is someone from your local area whose life has been affected by a blood cancer.  By honoring a member of your own community and hearing his or her story first-hand, you will be able to understand the extreme value of your efforts.
