The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training (TNT), the largest and most successful endurance sports training and fundraising program, will inspire and support you to achieve your goal of a full or half marathon, triathlon, cycle ride, or hike adventure.

One Amazing Program. Three Exciting Format Options.
Option 1: Traditional TNT
You will receive 16-20 weeks of weekly coached group training sessions, training schedules, clinics, training and race day apparel, personal fundraising webpage, fundraising support from local staff, and event weekend logistics, including race entry and an inspiration dinner.

Option 3: TNT Your Way
You will train and raise money your way. Choose the On Your Own route and train for an event completely on your own, but add a fundraising component to your efforts. You will be provided with a TNT training apparel, a personal fundraising webpage and local staff support. Choose the With The Team route and you will train for an event not offered through our traditional or flex programs, but you?ll still get the Team experience. You will be provided with fundraising support from local staff, TNT training and race day apparel, coaching, team communications, and access to weekly group training sessions.
