Welcome to Western North Carolina's Team In Training

TNT is the world's first, best and largest charity sports training program that provides you with the coaching and motivation you need to make your athletic dreams a reality. Over the past 20 years we have helped over 420,000 participants to cross the finish line and raised over 1 billion dollars.

The program provides training to run or walk marathons and half marathons or participate in hiking adventures, triathlons and century (100 mile) bike rides. In exchange for training and a fully supported event weekend, participants fundraise to help support the Society's mission: To cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
