Triathlons

Team In Training's triathlon program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of swimming, cycling, and running an Olympic-distance triathlon and make a difference in the lives of an estimated 912,938 Americans living with blood cancers.

Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

Team In Training (TNT) is currently recruiting for the following triathlons. Please note that participation in a TNT event is subject to the local availability of group training and transportation arrangements. Please consult the TNT staff at your local chapter for additional details.

South Maui Triathlon
Maui, HI - June 13, 2010

Join the TEAM for the inaugural South Maui Triathlon at Wailea which will take place on the tropical island of Maui. You will enjoy breath-taking scenery as you swim, bike and run in this beautiful destination. After your event, enjoy a little shopping, visit Haleakala Volcano, attend a luau, or simply relax on one of Maui's 81 beaches.

Life Time Fitness Triathlon
Minneapolis, MN - July 10, 2010

The Life Time Fitness Triathlon is among the premier sporting events in the world. Each year it draws many of the world's best professional athletes in addition to a truly inspiring amateur field, all in a beautiful urban landscape. You will start with a swim in Lake Nokomis, and then follow the bike course along the Mississippi River and Minnehaha Parkway. After a quick run around Lake Nokomis, first-timers and experienced triathletes alike will cross the finish line in front of a cheering hometown crowd.
