Triathlons
Team In Training's triathlon program offers the opportunity to take on the challenge of swimming, cycling, and running an Olympic-distance triathlon and make a difference in the lives of nearly one million Americans living with blood cancers.
Along with a customized-training program and expert coaching, participants will train with a local group of like-minded individuals for motivation and inspiration.

The Life Time Mpls Tri is among the premier sporting events in the world. Each year it draws many of the world's best professional athletes in addition to a truly inspiring amateur field, all in a beautiful urban landscape. You will start with a swim in Lake Nokomis, and then follow the bike course along the Mississippi River and Minnehaha Parkway. After a quick run around Lake Nokomis, first-timers and experienced triathletes alike will cross the finish line in front of a cheering hometown crowd.
