What is a Mentor?
Mentors are past participants who volunteer to support participants through the season.

Who is eligible to become a Team Mentor?
The criteria in selecting a Team Mentor include:
Past participants who have been successful in their fundraising
Past participants who have been successful in their training
Trustworthy, personable, and reliable
Positive, friendly, and outgoing
Reliable

What will my responsibilities be as a Mentor?
Mentors play an integral role in supporting volutneer participants. Your primary duties will be as follows:
Call Night- held just before Kick Off to call remaining prospects to boost kick off attendance and registration.
Welcome Call- a welcome call to all of your assigned participants after signing up
Weekly support calls- Mentors should attempt to be in contact with their volunteer participants on a weekly basis
Fundraising Strategy, Support Calls, and Emails- the Mentors need to ensure that each participant has a good grasp on fundraising and a solid plan Attendence at Trainings- Mentors must attend at least 75% of coach led trainings Miscellaneous- Mentors may be required by TNT staff to help with various events and projects
