Our program is designed so people of all ages and athletic abilities can improve aerobic fitness through cycling. Attending the weekly group training rides/training sessions will develop your cycling skills and efficiency, while building aerobic endurance. It will also serve as an opportunity for your coach to assess your progress. Plus, you to meet your fellow teammates - future friends!
Your Team In Training coach will provide a structured training schedule, mapping out the mileage and duration for each day of the week. These schedules, which are based on the cyclist's fitness and cycling experience, allow a person of any skill level to reach his or her goal.
Level 1
This is for the beginner cyclist. You are new to cycling, or you have only been riding shorter distances for a short period of time. Your goal is to finish the ride.
Level 2
This is for the slightly more experienced cyclist. You ride regularly but have yet to complete many long rides, and have been riding consistently for about 6 months.
Level 3
This is for the experienced cyclist. Perhaps you have already participated in a century or a half-century ride. You may have a few races under your belt. You may be aiming for a certain finishing time.
